A little about, I'm Steve and 49 Years old living in Manchester, I am Engaged. I currently work as a HR Consultant which I enjoy very much.

I also in spare time am Co-Creator of a Gay Bear magazine called Bears united Magazine (there’s a link in the Links section) which keeps me busy and in the new year there will be lots going on with some new ideas and projects we are currently planning, the website for the magazine is www.bearsunitedmagazine.co.uk

About My Career
I have over 25 years of experience in management and HR roles, and I hold an NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and a GDPR certification. I specialize in HR-Strategy and Transformation, Organisational Design, Workforce Planning, and Strategic Change Management, and I am currently pursuing my CIPD Level 5 qualification to further develop my HR skills and knowledge.

My expertise ranges from Supporting in project plans and facilitating engaging client check-ins to creating captivating presentations, maintaining governance standards, leading team meetings effectively, transforming project plans into visual masterpieces, tracking deliverables, ensuring system organization, and presenting data in a compelling and insightful manner. My comprehensive skills make me a valuable asset in driving success and ensuring efficiency within any business or project.
Previously, I worked at Sainsbury's as a Reward, Benefits, and Fleet in HR People Services, where I supported various HR initiatives and programs. I also have experience in customer service, compliance, and editorial roles, demonstrating my versatility and adaptability. I am a strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver, and I am committed to making a positive impact on people, organizations, and society.
